VP of Construction

Andreas “Andy” Ploetz brings over 45 years of diverse construction experience to RENOVA, where his expertise and leadership are invaluable assets. A Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida since 2011, Andy's journey in the construction industry began in his family's custom woodworking business, where he honed his skills in crafting masterful, one-of-a-kind kitchen and bathroom cabinets, as well as unique furniture pieces. His passion for construction and attention to detail propelled him forward, leading to his certification as an electrical journeyman in 1985 and a successful career as a project manager across various sub-contractor disciplines in both commercial and residential projects.

Throughout his career, Andy has managed a wide range of construction projects, from road construction and single-family homes to multi-million-dollar equestrian barns and luxury estates. His ability to keep projects on time and within budget is a testament to his practical experience and business acumen. Outside of work, Andy is a muscle car enthusiast who cherishes time spent with his family and grandchildren.
