The project kicked off with demolition and structural assessment, ensuring we had the right base to build upon. One of the most impressive focal points was the open-concept living space featuring a modern sectional sofa in white boucle fabric, paired with textured area rugs and a neutral color palette to create warmth and elegance. A floating staircase with wooden treads and steel cable railings enhanced the architectural details, while floor-to-ceiling windows brought in abundant natural light.
The modern living room design was elevated with a gas fireplace framed in black and paired with built-in shelving, showcasing curated décor and books. Indoor plants were used to soften the aesthetic and add a touch of organic vibrance.
In the kitchen, we installed black marble countertops with a waterfall edge on the island, offset by matte white cabinetry and sleek black appliances. Glass pendant lighting added drama and depth above the island, while custom cabinetry with soft LED underlighting elevated storage and presentation. The designer accents and premium flooring throughout the kitchen tied into the modern yet timeless feel.
The luxury interior remodel continued into the bedrooms, where we added plush fabrics and calm, soft tone interiors. The upscale bedroom renovation featured a custom wall-length upholstered headboard, modern chandelier lighting, and a pair of white boucle chairs that matched the overall aesthetic. Large windows allowed serene views of the outdoors, merging indoor comfort with South Florida’s coastal charm.
