The Delray Beach Modern Living & Kitchen Transformation was a milestone project for RENOVA, beginning with a client’s vision for a modern, open-concept space that merged the kitchen and living area seamlessly. Situated in the heart of West Delray Beach, this 60-day project required a complete overhaul of the existing structures to create a sophisticated and cohesive environment.

Initial consultations involved meticulous planning to ensure the client’s requirements for a luxurious yet functional space were met. Our team of skilled professionals undertook the challenge, starting with the demolition of outdated fixtures, followed by the implementation of marble countertops and the installation of top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, enhancing both aesthetics and efficiency.

The project’s success hinged on a careful selection of materials that reflected natural light, achieved through expansive glass doors and strategically placed pendant lighting. The herringbone floor pattern with hardwood flooring added depth and character to the space, while the white cabinetry provided a bright and inviting atmosphere. The inclusion of island seating catered to both dining and socializing, with recessed lighting above to set the perfect ambiance.
